All orders are printed and completed by the The Print Space, an end-to-end carbon neutral service.  A company who not only have the highest standards of printing, production, packaging and shipping, but also offset their own carbon emissions as recommended by Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace and WWF UK using Gold Standard.

Care for your Limited Edition Print

It is recommended to keep your new print rolled in the tube until framed and handled with care. 

Gallery quality Giclée Prints are guaranteed not to fade for 80 years if looked after carefully. It is recommended to keep away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight.

Rights

All photos and artworks remain the property of Paul Garland and ordered prints should be used for non-commercial purposes only, any other use is strictly prohibited.

Free shipping is included for all orders worldwide

Paul Garland’s print partner, The Print Space (UK) handles all digital (Giclée) orders.

Following your order, their expert team will print, package and despatch your order via Royal Mail recorded services or DHL Express Delivery. UK mainland orders can be expected within 3-7 working days. European and Worldwide orders generally within 5-10 working days. You'll receive an email with a tracking code as soon as it has been despatched.

Please note that Paul Garland will not be responsible for any Import duties that may apply to orders placed outside of the UK. (United States, the EU and UK are not charged at the border.)

Returns

Returns are only accepted if your print has arrived faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event that a print has arrived to you in a damaged or faulty condition, please email here in the first instance within 14 days of receipt of your artwork.

In the event of a return being agreed, the process of a replacement print order can only take place once the original print has been returned and destroyed due to the fact that you are purchasing a Limited Edition Print.

Exchanges for alternative prints are not accepted due to possible damage on the return journey.

N.B. any returns are shipped at the purchasers expense.
